With our simple Six Steps to Home Ownership, it has never been so easy to buy a Wexford Home.

Step 1: Reserve your Homesite
With a fully refundable deposit you can reserve the homesite of your choice at any one of our fine Communities. During the 7-day risk-free reservation period, move on to Step 2.

Step 2: Choose your Home Design and Preplanned Options
Wexford Homes is a well-known and renowned builder offering a full range of today's most sought after architectural features and flexible living space. Your Community Representative will assist you in reviewing our many options. You will be presented with a formal bid incorporating all of your structural changes.

Step 3: We're in Agreement
Your Wexford Homes purchase agreement will reflect all your structural changes and incorporate our high standard of specifications. Your Community Representative will provide you with your one-of-a-kind Homeowners manual, a helpful tool to ensure a smooth and enjoyable building process.

Step 4: Interior Selections and Design Consultation
Our experienced Community Representatives provide you with superior service in selecting your interior colors and finishes. Our design centers, available only to Wexford Homeowners, showcase your selection choices so that you can see and feel before deciding on your finishing touches.

Step 5: Consistent Care in Construction
Wexford representatives are proud to include you as a partner in the building of your home. You are encouraged to keep in contact with your Community Representative throughout the process. Your Community Representative will keep you informed on the progress of your home. On the day of closing you will receive a final walk-through with a member of our Customer Service Team to ensure that your home meets our high expectations.

Step 6: Closing and Moving In
Your Community Representative coordinates all aspects of the closing of your home, except, of course, the financing. Wexford Homes even pays all of your state and county transfer taxes. Of course, packing the boxes is up to you, but we are able to recommend many reputable companies to assist in the details of landscaping, deck building and more!
