Wexford Homes Realtor Commission policy
Wexford pays a 3% commission on total home price, not just base price, within ten days of a non-contingent, signed contract*. No waiting for closing, it's all up front!

Wexford pays the commission, at absolutely no cost to the buyer. The only rule is that the Realtor accompanies the homebuyer on the buyer's first visit to one of our Communities.

*All deposits must be received prior to the commission payout.
